Job Overview

HanaByte is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for executing HanaByte’s marking and content strategy.

Job Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative and self-motivated with a passion for marketing.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic graphic design experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiar with SEO and SEM principles.
  • Experience with video editing is a plus
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement objectives.
  • Create high-quality marketing materials, including blog posts, website copy, email newsletters, social media content, presentations, and white papers, ensuring brand consistency and messaging.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence, including developing and implementing a social media strategy, creating engaging content, and growing the follower base.
  • Manage the planning and logistics of webinars, trade shows, conferences, office hours, and other marketing and community engagement events.
  • Manage and use tools such as HootSuite and HubSpot for marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer trends, competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities.
  • Track marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and prepare reports to measure ROI.
  • Compile and present research findings to inform marketing strategies.
  • Support SEO initiatives by optimizing website content and meta tags.
  • Help maintain and update the company website to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Help create promotional materials and coordinate event logistics.
  • Up to 20% travel for local events and conferences around the United States.

Candidate Requirements

  • A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
